This addendum describes how AlgoBoost processes personal data on your behalf when you use the product. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Roles
For data you connect, you are the controller and AlgoBoost is the processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions and to provide the service.
Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors — cloud hosting and the advertising platforms you connect — to deliver the service. A current list is available on request, and we give notice before material changes.
Security measures
We maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging of actions taken on your account.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Deletion
On termination, we delete or return personal data in accordance with the retention schedule, except where retention is required by law.
